It is implied that had Bnei Yisrael failed to trust in Hashem, and offer the Korban Pesach, they would all have died at the hands of the Mashchis -- firstborn and non-firstborn alike! If so, why amongst the Egyptians did only the firstborn die?

What is the significance of the height of Haman's gallows? What is the connection to the fifty days of Sefira ha'Omer, which begin on the second night of Pesach?

24) שתי אלה רגע תביא לעוצית בפסח -

The Gemara (Pesachim 5a) says that in the merit of "destroying our Se'or (sourdough) on Yom ha'Rishon" (i.e. Erev Pesach - see Shemos 12:15), we will merit to wipe out the offspring of Esav, who is called "ha'Rishon" (Bereishis 25:25). What is the connection?
