What was so special about Moshe's staff?
Why is the term "Osos," "signs," specifically associated with the Mateh?
For the Plague of Blood, why did Hashem instruct Aharon to take specifically Moshe's staff, which had turned into a snake (in front of Bnei Yisrael - see Shemos 4:3 and 4:30), rather than Aharon's own staff (which had turned into a Tanin, in front of Pharaoh - Shemos 7:10)?
According to some commentaries, at the splitting of the sea, Moshe was specifically instructed not to use his staff! Why not?
Was the Mateh effective only for bringing on punishments and plagues?
