Divine Signature - 1820
Let us look at a remarkable mathematical signature hidden in the Torah.G-d's primary Name (the Tetragramaton) י-הוה has Gematria of 26.
According to the Midrash, there are 70 Names of G-d (Bamidbar Rabba 14:12, Baal HaTurim Bamidbar 11:16).
Thus, the number 1820 = 26×70 is a kind of signature of G-d in the Torah.

What Number Verse has the First Commandment in the Torah?
Rashi begins his commentary on the Torah (Genesis 1:1):Rabbi Isaac says: The Torah should have began with the verse "This month is to you.." (Shemot/Exodus 12:2) which is the first commandment that the Israelites were commanded...This verse is the 1820th verse in the Torah.

How Many Letters Until the First Appearance of G-d's Name in the Torah?
Starting from Genesis 1:2 there are exactly 1820 letters until the first appearance of G-d's Name.What about Genesis 1:1?
To answer this, consider why is the Name "Elokim" used in the first verse instead of G-d's primary Name - Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh?
Counting from the Name "Elokim" there in Genesis 1:1 to the end of the verse = 19 letters.
If we remove all spaces between words in the Torah, there are an extra 19 instances of G-d's Name. For example:
וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ אֶת־נֵֽרֹתֶ֖יהָ שִׁבְעָ֑ה וְהֶֽעֱלָה֙ אֶת־נֵ֣רֹתֶ֔יהָ וְהֵאִ֖יר עַל־עֵ֥בֶר פָּנֶֽיהָ (Shemot/Exodus 25:37)
Thus in the Torah there are 1820 instances of G-d's Name plus an extra 19 "hidden" instances. Correspondingly, there are 1820 letters + 19 letters from the Name "Elokim" in Genesis 1:1 until the first instance of G-d's Name - Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh in Genesis 2:4.

The Call of G-d
G-d asks us: "Behold, I am calling humanity through My signature of 1820 Names in the Torah - why does no man answer My call?"" מדוע באתי ואין איש, קראתי ואין עונה " - ישעיהו נ ב
"Why have I come and there is no man? Why have I called and no one answers?" (Isaiah 50:2)

After all is said and done, the primary goal man should have in all his affairs:
