1)

Why does it say "u'Mi k'Amcha..."?

1.

'Rashi': Yisrael is unique, for "... Halach Elokim Lifdos Lo Am" - i.e. "Ani Yotzei b'Soch Egypt" (Shemos 11:4). He did not do so for any other nation!

2.

Radak (Shmuel II, 7:23): Just like there is no Elokim like You, there is no nation like Your nation Yisrael.

2)

Why are Yisrael called "Goy Echad ba'Aretz"?

1.

Malbim (Shmuel II, 7:23): They are the heart of all the nations of idolaters. They are like shells compared to Yisrael, which is like the heart that gives life to the body.

3)

Here it says "Asher Halach Elokim." In Shmuel II, 7:23 it says "Asher Halchu Elokim"!

1.

Radak (Shmuel II, 7:21, from Midrash Shmuel 27:3): Here it refers to Hashem. There it refers to Moshe and Aharon 1 .

2.

Radak (Shmuel II, 7:21): In both places it refers to Hashem 2 . There, the plural is used for honor, like "Yismach Yisrael b'Osav" (Tehilim 149:2). Malbim - here Ezra revealed that [also there], "Elokim" is Kadosh.

1

Rashi (7:21): It says about Moshe "Nesaticha Elokim l'Pharaoh" (Shemos 7:1). Also Yonason translates 'messengers from Hashem.'

2

Malbim (7:21): This is like a king who went by himself to redeem his son from captivity. (This shows that Yisrael are the primary nation.)

4)

How do we read the end of the verse?

1.

Radak: You expelled, in front of Your nation that You redeemed from Egypt, [the seven Kena'ani] nations.
