IS IMPROPER AVODAH PASUL? (Yerushalmi Perek 5 Halachah 1 Daf 25b)

הילוך בזר מהו

(a)

Question: If a Zar did Holachah (brought blood to the Mizbe'ach), what is the law? (It is an inferior Avodah, for it is not essential, for one can slaughter at the Mizbe'ach.)

חזקיה אמר הילוך בזר כשר

Answer #1 (Chizkiyah): Holachah of a Zar is Kosher.

רבי ינאי אמר הילוך בזר פסול

Answer #2 (R. Yanai): Holachah of a Zar is Pasul.

Question: A Mishnah argues with R. Yanai! If one did Kabalah in his right hand, and put [the bucket of blood] in his left hand, he returns it to his right hand;

Isn't the left hand like a Zar? (Returning it to his right hand is like Holachah of a Zar!)

Answer #1: The case is, his left hand was closer inside [to the Mizbe'ach than his right hand, so returning it to his right hand is not Holachah].

Answer #2 (R. Ba): We can even say that his left hand was further outside [than his right hand]. Holachah of a Zar is unlike Holachah by hand.

Answer: We are holding that if he switched them, it is Pasul.

Question: He should [hold the Machtah in his left hand, and] scoop [coals into it using a fork in his right hand, and he will not need to switch hands! The entire year,] if he scooped from his right hand to his left hand, it is Kosher. We should say that also there (on Yom Kipur) he may scoop [from his right to his left]!

תמן אם החתי פסול אם החליף פסול ברם הכא אם החתי כשר אם החליף פסול

Answer: There (on Yom Kipur), if he scooped [from his right to his left] it is Pasul, and if he switched them, it is Pasul. However, here (the rest of the year), if he scooped [from his right to his left] it is Kosher, but if he switched them, it is Pasul. (We explained the question and answer like HA'GAON RAV C. ARGUMENTS OF R. YOSI AND RABANAN (Yerushalmi Perek 5 Halachah 1 Daf 26a)

הכל מודין שאם הכניסן אחת אחת כיפר אלא שהוא עובר משום הכנסה יתירה

All agree that if he entered one at a time (e.g. the Kaf, and left and entered the Machtah), he atoned, but he transgresses entering an extra time.

Answer #1 (Talmidim): [He transgresses] for the latter.

Objection (and Answer #2 - R. Yosi): [If he would ask,] one would tell him "enter" [and bring the Machtah], and you say so?! Rather, [he transgresses] for the first.

Question: A Mishnah (Shevu'os 2:3) says that [if one became Tamei in the Mikdash, and before leaving] he bowed, or delayed in order to bow, for which does he transgress (for his initial delay before starting to leave, or at the end, after the time elapsed in which he could have left)?
