(a)

(R. Ila, in front of R. Yosi): For lashes, one hair [suffices]. To be Me'akev [Tiglachas], two hairs. To cancel, the Shi'ur is three.

[ö"ì àîø ìéä øáé éåñé àó ìîì÷åú ùúéí - ÷äéìú éò÷á]

(b)

(R. Yosi): Also for lashes, it is two.

(d)

Answer (R. Aba bar Mamal): R. Yosi answers, if he uprooted any amount from this (even part of the hair), and any amount from this. (We explained this like SEFER NIR, KEHILAS YAKOV Nazir 18/19.)

(e)

Question (against R. Ila - Beraisa): One can uproot two hairs, and he is liable for them for four Lavim - for Nazir, for Metzora, for Yom Tov, and for Makif (rounding the corners of the head, i.e. cutting the Pe'os).

(ììåéí) [ö"ì ìàåéí - ÷øáï äòãä] àúéðï îéúðé àáì ìîì÷åú ìå÷éï àôéìå òì àçú

(f)

Answer: The Tana comes to teach how many Lavim he can transgress (he needed to teach two hairs to transgress Yom Tov), but lashes [for Nezirus], he is lashed even for one.

(g)

Some teach that [a Nazir] may rub hairs that became tied and tangled due to sweat, and some teach that he may not rub.

(Rav Chisda): The one who says that he may rub, he discusses strong hair (it is not uprooted through rubbing). The one who says that he may not rub, he discusses weak hair (it is uprooted through rubbing).
