Why is it written b'Avros, and we pronounce it b'Arvos?

Radak: The writing refers to the side of [the Midbar in which is] Nachal Kidron, and the pronunciation is like the Targum, the plains of the Midbar. Both are correct; the pronunciation is closer [to the simple meaning].
