Rashi #1: I became poor and lowly. This is like "Le'anos Mipanai" (Shemos 10:3). Targum Yonasan of "v'Anah Ge'on Yisrael" (Hoshe'a 5:5) is va'Yim'ach.

Rashi #2: It is an illness that befuddles the mind. It is called Avis in a Mishnah (Chulin 60b).

Radak: I am so afflicted that I am close to death.

Malbim: This is humility and lack of strength.

Why did he say "Chayeni [ki'Devarecha]"?

Rashi: An Oni is considered like a Mes.

Radak #1: Sustain me, like You promised.

Radak #2: You said "Asher Ya'aseh Osam ha'Adam va'Chai Vahem" (Vayikra 18:5), and "I guard Your righteous Mishpatim" (106).

Malbim: Give to me vitality and strength, so I can establish Mishpat!
