Radak: They are in front of Hashem the entire day, and offer Korbanos. They should have told the nation serving Ba'al 'where is Hashem, that you serve something else?!'

Rashi: They are the Sanhedrin.

Radak: They are Chachamim who learn Torah. They did not know Me, for they did not learn Lishmah, to fulfill what is written in it. Rather, they learned with the mouth, but not with the heart. It says "Lo Yeda'uni", because good intent and good deeds is knowledge [of Hashem], not mere learning.

Rashi: They are the kings. Radak - they tend the nation like shepherds tend flocks. This is like Targum Yonasan - the kings rebelled against Me.

Radak: They are the false Nevi'im.

What is the meaning of "Nib'u va'Ba'al"?
