What is the shame from Egypt?

Radak: Yeho'achaz bribed Pharaoh Necho, and appraised the land to pay the bribe, so he would protect them from Melech Bavel. It did not help. Troops of Bavel came, and Melech Mitzrayim did not come, for Melech Bavel took from Nachal Mitzrayim.

Malbim: Now you go to Egypt to ask for help. I promise you that they will not help you, just like Ashur. Not only did they not help you - they harmed you, and so will be with Egypt!

What is the meaning of "Ka'asher Bosht me'Ashur"?

Rashi: Achaz relied on Ashur, and Achaz was afflicted, and Ashur did not strengthen him, like it says in Divrei ha'Yamim II, 28:20. Radak - and in the days of [Achaz' son] Chizkiyah, Ashur seized all the fortified cities of Yehudah.
