Who is Eliyah?

Radak: A Midrash says that he is Eliyahu ha'Navi; he had four names. He was from Binyamin, for here we discuss Bnei Binyamin. According to this, he is not Pinchas. Also in Eliyahu Rabah 1 , he said 'I am from Rachel's sons.' They requested a Siman - he cited our verse.
