Ibn Ezra: The four kings were in the four directions ? Aram, Egypt, Eretz Yisrael and Paras, like it says in Sefer Melachim. Malbim ? Baltami'us ruled in Egypt to the south. Sali'oki ruled in Asia and Bavel to the north; Antiyochus ha'Rasha descended from him. Antiyochus ha'Rishon ruled in Paras and eastern Asia, in the east. Filiyopi, Alexander's brother, ruled in Yavan, to the west.
