Why does it say "uv'Efes Yad Yishaver"?

1.

Rashi: He will be broken without strength, via a mosquito, the weakest creation. It entered his nose (and pecked at his brain until he died ? Gitin 56b).

2.

3.

Malbim: Afterwards, his strength will finish, and his kingship will be broken. This is said briefly, for the previous vision already explained it.
