What are the implications of "Yakriv Korbano al Zevach Todas Shelamav"?

Rashi: It implies that the loaves do not become intrinsically Kadosh 1 until the Korban Todah has been Shechted (and that one should Shecht the Todah having in mind to sanctify the loaves together with the Korban - Ramban.

Rashi: To become Pasul should they leave the Azarah, and that they cannot be redeemed (to go out to Chulin).

Why does the Torah insert the (otherwise superfluous) words "Zevach Todas Shelamav"

1.

Menachos, 27a: It comes to include the Shelamim of a Nazir, 1 and consequently, just as everything that is written by Nazir is Me'akev (crucial), so too are all four kinds of Lachmei Todah crucial .

Menachos, 78b #1: To teach us that if one Shechts the Todah she'Lo li'Shemo, the loaves are not Kadosh.

3.

Menachos, 78b #2: With reference to 7:13:2.1:1 - it teaches us that the Shi'ir of flour per Isaron of flour of the Minchas Shalmei Nazir is ten Kabin Yerushalmiyos of fine flour and a Revi'is ha'Hin of oil. 2

Sifra: a. ? that Machsheves she'Lo bi'Zemano and b. the La'av of Nosar only take effect from the morning and onwards - despite the fact that the Chachamim declared it Pasul already from midnight.

Why does the Korban Todah contain Chametz (despite the fact that all other Menachos - with the sole exception of Sh'tei ha'Lechem - are brought specifically as Matzah)?

Ramban (23:17 according to Kabalah): Also Sh'tei ha'Lechem on Shavu'os is like a Todah, because it is the day of Matan Torah, which is called Atzeres. The Midrash explains that in the time of Mashi'ach, all the Korbanos will become Batel (they will be much less important. - PF) with the exception of the Korban Todah, for it contains both Chametz and Matzah.
