Who is "Oyavti"?
Refer to 7:8:1:1-2.
Why will the enemy be ashamed?
Radak: Hashem will take me out to light. The enemy will be ashamed that they used to say to me in my Galus "where is Hashem your G-d?"
Malbim: He will see that Hashem was with me the entire Galus. He did not hide His face from me. All was with His Hashgachah, to benefit me in the end of days.
What is the question "Ayo Hashem Elokecha"?
Malbim: Why did He remove His Hashgachah from you?
What do we learn from "Einai Tir'enah Bah"?
Radak: My eye will see like my desire against my enemies, for when the redeemer comes, "the enemy will be trampled like mud." This is like "uv'Oyvai Ra'asah Eini" (Tehilim 54:9).
Malbim: When I lift my eyes to look at the enemy, it sees disgrace. Even though it succeeds now valiantly, "the enemy will be trampled like mud." Its success is for its evil, so it will be destroyed in the end. I see this even now, in the days of its serenity!
