What is the meaning of "Orechim"?

1.

Rashi: We will give our fields, vineyards and houses as collateral for a loan to buy grain. Malbim - here they did not say Rabim, for there was no need to pay Ribis. The lender eats the Peros of the field (or enjoy free rental of the house) used for collateral.

2)

Why did they say "ba'Ra'av"?

1.

Rashi: Because the rich do not feed us from their property.

2.

Malbim: One who has a field can grow grain - however, now we are starving, and we cannot wait for the field to produce grain.
