What is the meaning of "Lo Acharish Badav"?
'Rashi': I will not be silent to the children of a Tzadik who went purely in front of Me. Good reward of the father will be paid to his children. Badav are his branches, i.e. children - "va'Ta'as Badim va'Teshalach Poros."
Ibn Ezra: If he defeats Me, I will not be silent and not tell his Gevurah.
Ramban: If one will defeat the Livyasan, I will tell his Gevurah and skill in war.
Malbim: Do not say that these great creations were via the Ma'arachah, and chance. I will show to you the Hashgachah in their creation, limbs and power - these are with the ultimate ability and Chochmah. Badav are the Livyasan's limbs.
What do we learn from "u'Dvar Gevuros v'Chin Erko"?
'Rashi': His Gevuros, that he overpowered to do the straight and good, and his supplications, I will pay to his children.
Ibn Ezra: Chin is grace, like "Matza Chen."

Malbim: Gevuros is the Livyasan's power, and Chin Erko is the arrangement of its limbs.
