Seforno: It means 'those clusters 4 of wine - punishment - that is the venom of serpents that is 'preserved in its grapes'.

Targum Yonasan: It means that like the venom of snakes - which describes their behavior, 5 so will be the cup of curse that they will drink on their day of punishment'.

Rashi and Ramban (in Pasuk 34): It means 'the head of a cruel python will come and punish them'.
