Why does it mention Bnei Refayah, but not Refayah himself?

Vilna Gaon: "Bnei" refers to what cane before and after. It is as if it says [Yeshayah,] Bnei Yeshayah, Refayah and Bnei Refayah?

Malbim: The Sefer of lineage elaborated, and listed Refayah and Bnei Refayah. Here, Ezra was concise.
