What is the meaning of "ha'Mimshalim l'Veis Avihem [Ki Giborei Chayil Hemah"?

'Rashi': They ruled (Malbim - and were appointed) via their fathers. We find like this "u'Mashal Mimshal Rav."

Radak: Their Gevurah is compared to that of their fathers - just like their fathers were valiant in Avodah, also they are. Mimshalim with Chirik under the first Mem is an adjective, just like "he'Arim ha'Mivdalos", "Asalyah ha'Mirsha'as."
