Why does it say "Bnei Pachas Mo'av li'Vnei Yeshu'a Yo'av"?

1.

Ibn Ezra: Bnei Pachas were the heads of sons born to Yeshu'a and Yo'av. It is possible that Yeshu'a and Yo'av preceded 1 Pachas Mo'av.

2.

Malbim: Bnei Pachas were the head of the family. People from two of his sons, Yeshu'a and Yo'av, came to Eretz Yisrael. We find [Beis and Bnei] Yeshu'a below (36, 40), and Yeshu'a himself (3:9).

Below (9, 40), Ibn Ezra favors this Perush. He wrote that the primary one is written at the end. (PF)
