'Rashi', Radak: They are their cloaks. This is like "Mido Vad" (Vayikra 6:3).

What is "ba'Chetzi Ad ha'Mifsa'ah"?

'Rashi': It is until the Ervah, in front and in back. This is like "Efse'ah 1 Vah" (Yeshayah 27:4). In Shmuel II, 10:4 it says "Shesoseihem"; this is like "Chashufai Shes Ervas Egypt" (Yeshayah 20:4)). Rashi (ibid.) - it is until the buttocks. Radak (ibid.) - these are the same 2 .
