Why does the Torah switch from "Asher Yiga be'Mishkavo" (in Pasuk 5) to "ha'Yoshev al ha'K'li"?

1.

Rashi: To teach us a. that the Moshav renders Tamei 1 the person who sits on it, together with the clothes he is wearing, even though he has not touched it, even if he is lying on top of ten sheets 2 (and even Even Mesama is Metamei 3 ? Sifra).

1

Like the Zav himself.

2

See Torah Temimah (citing the Sifra and note 32..

3

Refer to 15:4:2:1 and note #2.

2)

Why does the Torah write "ve'ha'Yoshev al ha'Keli asher Yashav alav ha'Zav" and not simply "ve'ha'Yoshev al asher Yashav ha'Zav"?

1.

Sifra #1: To teach us that he is Tamei even if the Zav is no longer sitting on it.

3)

Why does the Torah write "ve'ha'Yoshev al ha'Keli ... " and not simply "ve'ha'Yoshev al Moshav ha'Zav"?

1.

Sifra: To incorporate Merkav 1 in the Din of Mishkav and Moshav..

1

Refer to 15:9:1:1.

4)

What can we learn from the fact that the Torah writes " ve'ha'Yoshev ... asher Yashav alav ha'Zav" and not simply " ve'ha' Shochev alav" (with reference to Mishkav in Pasuk 5)?

1.

Sifra: To teach us that what the Zav is sitting or lying on he is Tamei even if he is not actually touching it ? if, for example, he is lying on ten sheets, the bottom sheet is Tamei as well, and same applies to E'ven Mesamei. 1
