Rashi: Chachamim among them, e.g. Beis Rebbi and Chachamim of the generations, will expound Torah to the ignorant, and encourage them to persist in it.

Ibn Ezra: This is the generation of the Mishnah.

Malbim: Chachamim of the generation will teach people to persist in their Emunah.

How will they stumble?
1.
Rashi: They will stumble in their Galus, via the sword, fire…
2.
Ibn Ezra: They transgressed decrees.
3.
Malbim: Many were killed after the Churban.
