Are these Kush's only sons?

Malbim: From Kush come 30 nations! His other sons are omitted 1 , for they were called Bnei Kush, except for Sva and Chavilah, which were called on their own names. The same applies to Mitzrayim.

Bereishis 10:8 lists the same sons of Kush as here! If Malbim relies on chronicles that other sons and nations come from Kush, he should have said so! Also, if only Sva and Chavilah were called on their own names, why did the verse list also Savta, Rama and Savtecha, and omit the other sons? This requires investigation. (PF)
