- If the Kohen has a Machshavas Pigul when he places the blood of a Chatas Penimis in the Kodesh ha'Kodashim, or on the Paroches, or on the Mizbe'ach in the Heichal, it is Pigul according to Rebbi Meir. The Chachamim disagree.
