- A Yisrael presses the grapes of a Nochri on the Nochri's property in order to sell the wine to a Yisrael. If the house is open to a public domain in a city where both Jews and Nochrim reside, the wine is permitted.
Read More - If the house is not open to a public domain, but a Yisrael's window or fruit tree is opposite the entrance, or a garbage dump is next to the entrance, the wine is permitted.
