Both 'Havineinu' and Tefilah Ketzarah are said by someone who is traveling, instead of the Amidah, only whereas the former actually replaces it, the latter does not, and one is obligated to Daven the full Amidah upon returning home.

Tefilas ha'Derech on the other hand, has nothing to do with the regular Amidah, and must be recited even one has already Davened.
