What is the meaning of "Tuvalnah"?

1.

Radak: They will bring them [to the king].

2.

Malbim: This commands that they bring them with Simchah and all kinds of musical instruments.

3.

Malbim (Derech ha'Muskal): The intellect will not be like one who conquers. Rather, the Yetzer will depart, and the Nefesh will accept Chachmah with Simchah.

Why does it say "b'Heichal ha'Melech"?

1.

Radak: This is the palace where the king dwells. [The Besulos] dwell in the palace prepared of them, i.e. Beis ha'Nashim, until the king desires and calls [one of] them by name to come to him.

Malbim (Derech ha'Muskal): This is understanding secrets of intellect.
