What is the significance of "Nasati Es Chitisi b'Eretz Chayim"?

Rashi: I will put fear of Me in Eretz Yisrael; there will no longer be fear of man in it.

Malbim: Via putting My fear in Eretz Chayim ? "Hisgadalti v'Hiskadashti v'Nodati l'Einei Goyim Rabim" (38:23), "v'Hushkav b'Soch Arelim" ? Pharaoh and his multitudes will remain lying among the Arelim, with Chalelei Cherev who were mentioned.

It is written Chitiso, and we pronounce it Chitisi!

Radak: The Kesiv hints to the fear of Pharaoh, I put it; it was not due to his strength! The pronunciation teaches that I put My fear on those who put fear.

Why is there a Hei at the end of "Hamono"?

Radak: It is as if it is a Vov 1 . We find like this, e.g. "va'Yet Ahalo" (Bereishis 12:8).
