When is "b'Es Avon Ketz"?

Rashi: It is when the measure [of sin] is full, and the last sin, which fills the measure, came.

Radak: It is when his sin caused the end of his kingship. Avon is Samuch to Ketz ? the sin for which his end came, i.e. Shevu'as Sheker. Nebuchadnetzar forced him to swear in Hashem's name, and Tzidkiyah rebelled against him and belittled the curse to annul the Bris. Therefore, Nebuchadnetzar came against him, blinded his eyes, exiled him and destroyed the land.
