Menachos 51a: It teaches us that the Minchas Chavitin requires a K?li Shareis and that consequently, a. if it was baked on the previous day it becomes Pasul (be?Linah), 1 and b. the Kohen Gadol must brung it even on Shabbos.

What is the definition of "Tufinei"?
Rashi: Baked a number of times. 1 After scalding it in boiling water, the Kohen bakes it in the oven once more and fries it in a pan (so that it should look nice ? Menachos 52b).
Rashbam: It is an expression of baking. 2
Targum Yonasan: It means ?fried?.
Menachos 50b: Based on the acronym mof ?Tufinei?, 3 it teaches us that the Minchas Chavitin is also baked on Shabbos 4 - because if it baked on Friday, it will be blown out of shape 5 by the wind.
Menachos 52b: ?Te?afenah? is the acronym of ?Te?afeh Na?ah?. See also Sifsei Chachamim.
