Radak: They destroyed Eretz Yisrael ? Yisrael will destroy them.

What are "bi'Fsacheha"?

Rashi: The gates of its great cities.

Radak: Its ruins. This is like "v'Hemah Pesichos" (Tehilim 55:22), which are ruins. They will kill them with their weapons.

Radak: Melech ha'Mashi'ach will save us via destroying Ashur and Bavel with his princes and officers.

Why does it add "v'Chi Yidroch bi'Gvuleinu"?

Radak: No enemy will come again from that land to our land or borders. "Ki" is like the prefix 'She' (that); "Ki Niten li'Tzva'acha Lachem" (Shoftim 8:6) is like she'Niten.
