Above (9-10), Radak explained 'I will remove the need for.' There is never a need for idols ? they do not help at all! Presumably, Radak means that all will recognize that there is no need for them - "va'Hasirosi Lev ha'Even mi'Besarchem" (Yechezkel 36:26). (PF)
