What is the meaning of "Choli va'Gochi"?
Rashi: Choli is an expression of Chalchalah (shuddering) ? "Hechezikech Chil." It applies to a Yoledes. Gochi is bowing and bent. A Mishnah says 'a wall ha'Gocheh (bent) over Reshus ha'Rabim' (Mo'ed Katan 7a).
Radak: Choli is like "Chil ka'Yoledah." Gochi is Anachah (leaving) ? "Atah Gochi mi'Baten" (Tehilim 22:10) and sighing, the breath leaving 1 . If you will shudder and be pained, this should be due to your sins ? due to them you will leave the city!
Malbim: You will truly shudder and lie on your stomach to expel the child, like a Yoledes!
I.e. even though Anachah is sighing, this is because one who sighs, his breath leaves. (PF)
What city will she leave?
Rashi: Yerushalayim, to go to Galus.
Radak #1: Yerushalayim and Tziyon, which is called "Kiryas Chanah David" (Yeshayah 29:1).

What is the significance of "v'Shachant ba'Sadeh"?
Rashi: Your dwelling will be plowed like a field.
Radak: This is like captives, that they remove them from their cities and put them in the field until all of them gather. Afterwards, they take all of them in captivity, to the captors' land.
Malbim: Many will dwell in the field, like those who went to settle in Egypt and other lands around Eretz Yisrael.
Why does it say "u'Vas Ad Bavel"?
Radak: Nebuchadnetzar Melech Bavel exiled them to there.
Malbim: Refer to 4:10:5:2.
Why does it say "Sham Tinatzeli"?
Radak: Remember the consolation, and do not lose your hope!
Malbim: Those who were exiled to Bavel, they were saved. Those who dwelled in the field were killed via Kasdim, like it says in Yirmeyah, and were redeemed in the days of Koresh.
