Rashi: When that time comes - "Asof E'esof Yakov" (2:12), they will scream to Him to benefit them. He will not answer them.

Radak: When the enemy comes, they will scream to Him. He will not answer them, just like they did not answer the screams of the oppressed Aniyim ? Midah k'Neged Midah.

What is the consequence of hiding His face from them?
1.
Malbim: He removes His Hashgachah and abandons them to chance.
3)
Why does it say "Ka'asher Here'u Ma'alaleihem"?
1.
Radak: Just like they did evil to their poor, the enemy will do evil to them.
2.
Malbim: They cannot say "Im Eleh Ma'alalav" (2:7), for the evil comes to them according to their deeds.
