What are the connotations of "ki Sishma be'Kol Hashem Elokecha"?

R. Bachye: With reference to the end of the Pasuk, it means that if you will listen to (obey) the Voice of Hashem your G-d (Midas ha'Din) ? then you will be doing what is right in the Eyes of Hashem (Shem Havayah).
2.
Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan: With reference to the previous Pasuk, it means that Hashem will have compassion on you and will increase you ?because you listened to (obeyed) the Voice of Hashem ? .
