"Vaya'asu Kol B'nei Yisrael ? ". What did all Yisrael do?
Ramban (in Pasuk 43 and R. Bachye - in Pasuk 48): They all circumcised themselves 1 (and their Avadim ? Ramban [and brought the Korban Pesach ? R. Bachye]) 2 before bringing the Korban Pesach.
R. Bachye:. Ibid.: As the Navi testifies in Yehoshua, 5:5.
See R' Bachye, who then says that those who were Tamei Meis did not bring the Korban Pesach (See R. Chavel's footnotes), seemingly contraducting himself.
It should go without saying that the Bnei Yisrael did as Hashem commanded!
Maharal (Gevuros Hashem Ch. 38, p. 142): The Bnei Yisrael needed the merit of Korban Pesach in order to be redeemed -- and the prerequisite for the Korban was to perform Bris Milah. Our Pasuk tells us that every male among Bnei Yisrael was in fact able to undergo the Milah; not even one person was held back due to illness, or by his brothers having died from the Milah.
