Rashi: It is clean bread. Targum Onkelos of "Bigdei Esav ha'Chamudos" is Dachyaisa.

It says below (12) that he was fasting. If so, he did not eat any bread!

Malbim: Even at night, after each Ta'anis, he did not eat bread from clean flour, or drink wine.
