What do we learn from "Achas Diber Elokim Shetayim Zu Shamati"?

Sanhedrin 34a: One verse has many meanings, but one law is not learned from more than one verse. Therefore, in capital cases, if two judges give the same reason due to different verses, they count only like one (for one of them errs).

Rashi (citing R. Moshe ha'Darshan) : I heard from [one saying] (a) It is Az (strength) for You to pay to a man according to his deed, and (b) Chesed is to (of) You. We learn these from the second of Aseres ha'Dibros - "Poked Avon Avos

It seems that the text should say so. However, all texts of Rashi say "Notzer Chesed" (Shemos 34:7; it is not in Aseres ha'Dibros)! This requires investigation. (PF)
