(Vayikra 16:33) - This verse is stated after the description of all of the Avodah of Yom ha'Kipurim (including the Avodah of the Sa'ir ha'Mishtale'ach, which is dealt with in verses 21-26); "v'Chiper" means "he shall procure atonement."
