Question: A Mishnah teaches 'I am a Nazir from here until the place Ploni [if it is a journey of more than 30 days, he is a Nazir for that amount of days]', and here you say so ('from here to the end of the world', he is a Nazir for 30 days)?!

ùðééà äéà ãîø àçú

(b)

Answer: Here is different, for he said 'one'. (The Reisha taught 'I am a Nazir for one long term'; also the Seifa discusses when he said 'one'.)

(Rav): 'I am a Nazir 30 days and one day' he is a Nazir twice, for he could have said '31 days.' (Rather, he said '30 days and one day' to teach Nezirus, and another day of Nezirus.)

Question (against Rav - Mishnah): 'I am a Nazir and one day' or 'I am a Nazir and one hour' or 'I am a Nazir once and a half', he is a Nazir twice.

1.

[Regarding a Nazir and one hour'] what should he have said [if he did not intend for two Neziriyos] - 30 and one hour?! (Rather, the addition shows intent for another Nezirus, even if there was no other way to say it.)

Question (against Rav - Beraisa): R. Yishmael and R. Akiva did not argue about one who said 'I am a Nazir 30 days and one day.' He is a Nazir only once. What did they argue about? It is one who said 'I am a Nazir 30 days and another one day.' R. Yishmael says that he is a Nazir twice, and R. Akiva says that he is a Nazir once.
