What if she gives money or shaveh kesef as a matanah to the arus. Can he then use it if he gives it back and says the correct terminology. Is this one flowing act ? Or if there's no stipulation on the gift it's up to him to give it back or not?

Dear Avraham,
If she gave a regular Matana to him, of course he can use it afterwards to marry her. If she gave it only on the condition that he returns it, then his giving to her is only to fulfill the condition and can't work as Kidushin.
