Why does the gemara have to state that your not allowed to count your money with the light of the chanuka candles? It already stated before that it is forbidden to use the light of the candles for anything other than publicizing the miracle... Therefore we should already know that we cant count money with the light of the chanuka candles! So why is it here? Please explain.
