What would be the din if after 3 days the negeh will disapear compleatly will he have to still wait the 7 days for the kohen to say it is pure or will he be able to leave after three days if the kohen says it is pure?

The Kollel replies:
The Gemara (8b) states that the Taharah of the Metzora does not depend on his body, but only on days. The Bartenura, on the Mishnah, writes that even if he is healed he still needs to be Musgar for seven days, so it would not make a difference if after three days the Nega disappeared completely.
