(1) Apparently, this is the case in which Beis Shamai and Beis Hillel argue according to Rav Yehudah in the name of Shmuel, since he maintains that in all of the other cases they do not argue.
(2) According to Rebbi Yehudah, it is never permitted to bring in wood from a Karpaf that is far from the city.
*This is the conclusion of the Gemara according to Rashi (see Insights). According to Tosfos, the Gemara concludes entirely like the First Suggestion (rows 1 and 2).
