R'Chanina says she is tahor as the bleeding was due to the labor.
1) what is the halachah?
2) do we have childbirth as a zivah today?

We Pasken like Rav Chisda (as stated by the Magid Mishneh Hilchos Isurei Biah 7:2, see Ein Mishpat). All bleeding today is considered Tamei as if it was the bleeding of a Zavah, so this would naturally be included.
