Rashi: It is referring to any one of the five cases 1 mentioned above which he denies and on which he swears falsely.

Rashi (in Kedoshim, Vayikra 19:11): The Azharah appears in the Pasuk there "ve'Lo Sechachashu ve'Lo Seshakru Ish ba'Amiso".
