Why does the Torah use the term "Chochmas Leiv" regarding women specifically here?

Yoma, 66b: To teach us that the Chochmah of women is confined to spinning wool. 1

Rambam (Hilchos Ishus, 21:1: It teaches us that spinning is an expertise pertaining to women. 2
