Rashi (3): They are Bnei Yoshiyah. Malbim - until verse 9 discusses Yeho'achaz, Yehoyachin and Yehoyakim; from verse 9 discusses Tzidkiyah.

Radak: They are Malchei Yehudah ? Yeho'achaz, Yehoyakim and Tzidkiyah.
